CJ&D joined more than 50 national and state organizations expressing strong opposition to congressional legislation that “would effectively eviscerate consumer, employment and civil rights class actions.”
In addition, to illustrate the impact of this bill, CJ&D re-released our 2014 class action study, First Class Relief, featuring a “strikethrough,” demonstrating which cases could not have been brought if this bill were law.
