This sudy focuses on proven ways to reduce automobile insurance rates in Louisiana, with particular attention paid to California's model insurance law California has had a long-term reduction in the average cost of auto rates since 1989. Some of the main factors used to set rates in California are not inherent to that state. They are universal and could be effective in Louisiana.
