Who's The Boss Of The House Judiciary Committee?

Several months ago, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce identified its two civil justice priority bills, each of which will make it easier for companies to escape liability for causing harm.  Coincidently, on May 14, 2015, both bills will be “marked-up” by the U.S. House Judiciary Committee.  This raises the question: who’s running our nation’s civil justice agenda?  Who’s the Boss of the House Judiciary Committee?
