Sherry Keller of Georgia became an incomplete quadriplegic after her gynecologist committed a series of egregious medical errors. Her doctor pulled on a wound, which oozed after a surgeon failed to suture her during a complete hysterectomy, causing her to be opened from hip to hip. She was then left alone on examining table for 30-40 minutes, went into shock, lost consciousness and eventually fell off the table, banging her head and breaking her neck.
