58-year-old Michael L. Kelly, a highly-decorated Vietnam War veteran, died from a stroke in Utah after the on-call doctor at a newly-opened area hospital arrived for his shift eight hours late. Kelly's widow, Myrleen, sued two doctors and the hospital. The case settled out of court for a confidential amount.
