No. The national U.S. Chamber of Commerce (as opposed to local Chambers of Commerce) is a partisan political organization, which spends its huge budget of special interest money to protect and defend some of America’s most harmful industries. It is the largest lobby group in the country. In 2018, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce spent $95 million lobbying (far more than anyone else), a third of which was spent by its “tort reform” branch (Institute for Legal Reform) to limit the rights of everyday Americans.
