Spotlight: Forced Arbitration Violates the 7th Amendment

Our Founding Fathers worked hard to ensure that all Americans have the right to a jury trial in civil cases. They even guaranteed it in the 7th Amendment. Forced arbitration clauses, which prohibit jury trials in disputes with corporate lawbreakers, violates that right.
